I only go once a week because it is very expensive. I schedule 15 minutes of resistance training in order to take advantage of my increased heart rate. It will take time and persistence to increase flexibility. 10-15 minutes: dynamic stretching. Chalene refers to intervals in this workout as “Fire Drills”. Most importantly, know your limits. This workout will help acclimate you to the HITT workouts. This is the shortest HIIT workout in TurboFire. The one minute HIIT intervals are very challenging. The Strength Stretch workouts focus on resistance training, stretching and ab work. To facilitate the slow warm up and cool down of the exercise period, I stretch for 10 minutes before and after the workout. Always perform each stretch slow and controlled.
